Jermaine and Brittany’s love story began in 2013 in the Philadelphia metropolitan area. As a married couple, they proudly served their country as U.S. veterans, completing multiple deployments — including in combat zones — and experiencing life across many regions of the nation. Today, they call the Pittsburgh, PA region home, where they enjoy life and ministry with their son and their Shih Tzu–Poodle.

Jermaine McNeil is a Pittsburgh based pastor and spiritual leader. He serves as the Lead Pastor of Church Experience, Butler, PA, one of the fastest growing campuses of Church Experience — a modern nondenominational church with over 10 campuses globally. CE Butler is a Bible-based, Spirit-filled, and multi-cultural church in Butler County, PA, known for its innovative, missional culture.
Jermaine serves as the primary communicator, leader of the teaching team, and visionary catalyst at CE Butler. He earned a Master of Ministry and is a current PhD candidate specializing in transformative leadership and organizational renewal.
